Mammoliti has always been rather strange ... but with his recent attacks of paranoia, I have to start wondering if he's actually quite ill. This all is starting to feel like familiar to stuff I've observed in a friend.Meanwhile, Mammoliti's got conspiracy theories.
You don't think that there won't be a qualified right-wing, but not as extreme candidate running as well that will split the vote? You know he's going to run again, right? The divided left will see Ford win again, me thinks.
It's happy rightwing troll day on UT. Moo! Woof! Quack!
Under civil litigation the winner can demand that the loser pay the winner's legal fees. This may total $100 - $200K. Therefore Paul Magder may soon be wishing he'd never heard of Chaleff-Freudenthaler.

Have you read the legal decision? Final paragraph says that if the litigants can not decide on who covers the legal costs the parties can request an order from the courts. If I was Ford I would 100% demand that all his legal fees be covered by Magder. It won't happen. Especially not with a ruling this "close".
Does that go for everyone, or is it just a penalty-free day here at Urban Toronto for the white-wing trolls?
