Meanwhile, Mammoliti's got conspiracy theories.
Mammoliti has always been rather strange ... but with his recent attacks of paranoia, I have to start wondering if he's actually quite ill. This all is starting to feel like familiar to stuff I've observed in a friend.

Could this be some kind of delusional disorder?

I'm serious here ... no joking around.

meh...this changes nothing. Whether he's mayor or not, turfed or simply irrelevant, Council continues without Ford at the helm.

Under civil litigation the winner can demand that the loser pay the winner's legal fees. This may total $100 - $200K. Therefore Paul Magder may soon be wishing he'd never heard of Chaleff-Freudenthaler.

It won't happen. Especially not with a ruling this "close".

Have you read the legal decision? Final paragraph says that if the litigants can not decide on who covers the legal costs the parties can request an order from the courts. If I was Ford I would 100% demand that all his legal fees be covered by Magder.

Next, the forensic audit of his campaign financial practices will be released in a couple of weeks.

Even then, I hope he learned to think before talking or acting.

Does that go for everyone, or is it just a penalty-free day here at Urban Toronto for the white-wing trolls?

Huh? I don't see anything wrong about the handful of pro-Ford commenters here at UT gloating a bit. All-out trolling, as always, will be dealt with.
