Seriously? "All he had was lipo?" Can we stop with the ridiculous "911 was an inside job," "vaccines give you autism" type idiotic conspiracy nonsense, as it makes us seem as stupid as the people who believe that crap. You don't get some of the world's leading cancer specialists doing a quick lipo job.
For fuck's sake people, get a grip.
But then this is a mildly retarded, crack addicted, man-child famewhore with ADD and the personality of a delinquent 6 year old that we're talking about so nothing is too outrageous for this freak.

John Tory says he wants to see ranked ballot voting in place for the next election #TOpoli #onpoli

It occurs to me that ranked balloting could be in place just in time for Rob Ford to take another shot at the mayoralty.
As it stands, Rob's incision was sufficiently large and potentially unstable (due to his excessive girth of course) that it was closed with a surgical mesh. With the way he behaves, I can imagine it getting infected and/or coming apart. Best keep that girdle on.
He's probably going to forget all about it and jump into a pool or something, right?
Actually, they absolutely would (and did) minimize the amount of tissue taken, and that includes "fat". Adipose tissue isn't just inert matter under the skin. It's connective tissue. You don't make a point of disrupting subcutaneous tissue planes with any kind of incision let alone the very large and aggressive incision in this case. Ever watched My 600 Pound Life on TLC? They show glimpses of the people getting surgery and it is nasty.
It's only a matter of time before he shows us his scar...
"Food" in lieu of "fluid" sounds a little like "liberry" in lieu of "library".
