Anyone know how the first building is leasing up? I’d imagine they’d want that close to full before this one comes online next year.

And their next building east of this one, south of the church, will hopefully see some proposals if this one goes well.

Interesting (in a good way) to see Coast Capital involved in financing an Edmonton development. While they are a Federal Credit Union, branches are BC only. Assuming CIBC is the lead
 
Its good to hear this, if this is the trend and California is known to set many trends. I expect it gets old and tired after a while sitting at home in your pajamas waiting for packages from Amazon to arrive. That is so 2020.

Sometimes it is nice to go out and visit interesting local places and if you see something nice, you can just get it then and don't have to wait for it to arrive.
I have my packages delivered to my favourite bar. No pyjamas and no wasted time.
