Interesting you brought up the "Chinese mall" thing. Metropolis has a similar setup to the Oriental Centre at Sheppard and Brimley in Agincourt.

Also, the Dragon City mall in Chinatown could lay claim to having the first media tower in Toronto.

Chunks of the ad are missing, exposing everything behind them and the upper portion is stuck with parts of the ad messed up.

He means the lights along the Yonge St. frontage. They are a decorative feature and look pretty good.
