Really hope to see some glass soon! these black tarps are an eyesore
I can see why you made that connection. Both in the individual glass panels per floor and one or two of the photos you attached. Some photos taken March 16th in the fog. Also when looking at the glass curtain wall another building came to mind Taipei 101. Obviously very different but the silhouette that the building takes seems similar from a distance but with the detail on every floor here vs. every 10th or whatever on Taipei. I guess the angles brought that building to mind.

It certainly does invoke something similar.I can see why you made that connection. Both in the individual glass panels per floor and one or two of the photos you attached.

I used to work at the company that designed that TMD. It had a weird nickname/mascot associated with it: "damper baby" lolIt certainly does invoke something similar.
Side note, Taipei 101 is one of.my fav buildings of all time, such a privilege to visit. I especially love how the TMD is built so that people can learn about it and observe it.
Yup this is going to be gorgeous. For all the mediocre stuff that gets built here, toronto has some truly world class buildings getting built as well.At this rate with the glass and all, this may end up being one of the most unique office towers we've seen here in a very long while.
