Agreed. Given the location's prominence the current building really is an underutilization of the site. In an ideal world, the site could be consolidated into the Union Centre project, and provide it with Front Street presence and access.

I don't like your idea but Citibank building? you're wrong! what shame! this building name is Madison Centre whatever Madison Centre won't go after 2040 because Madison Centre is only 34 years old! oh geez! leave this building alone!
agreed because they already have beside will be Union Centre with 875 feet and 52 floor and near 140 front too? I say too much tallest near each other in downtown, I rather Madison Centre stay for another 20 years, why we need supertall beside Union Centre really bad idea

It's 100% leased and had a large upgrade in 2010. Thankfully, it's not going anywhere anytime soon.
