I think water table issues are being addressed: you can see piping inserted into the ground, and standing water was present yesterday when I walked by.

Good question. There us 662 sq m or 7,125 sq ft of retail on the ground level, which runs the entire length of the Bay Street frontage. dataBase file updated to reflect that.
