plz name some and their density ratios ... as i said, iirc, the max has been 15x density

I am in the process of building a website and density and parking are in the table of the projects been added to the site and seen a fair number over 15.

These are a few I can come up at this time, as there is no data base set up for these items.
Let see:
90 Harbour 18
219 Queen St W 16.42
Tux Condos 30.8

Aura: Residences of College Park III only has 7.83 for its size of all things

Bisha, 355 King, Bond, Peter Street Condos, Picasso, Theatre Park, X2, One Bloor, Cumberland Terrace, Uptown, Karma....and those are all approved/built. nevermind the 501 yonge/460 yonge/Casa II/Tux/327 Kings of the world which are in the process of being approved (all north of 20x coverage btw).

i can't confirm that some of them have even been approved; however, here is what i found.
the search function may not have worked properly b/c info was limited.

not all you have listed are above 15x density; but those that are were made from concessions between the city and developer if there was a historical building / preservation component to it.

some have hit 20x but nowhere near the 30.8x coverage requested here!

Wow, that's a relief. The previous design seemed so messy and convoluted. Simple and clean is better.

That it is, though it doesn't give us too much to work off of...

Not a fan of this project .. so far. (Orange & black look like **** together.)

there is a very real chance that this project does not get approved. risky to start selling now. could end up like that TAS disaster on Bloor West a few years back.
