Aerial Renders

Don't know if anyone posted these cool renders before but here goes:

ya, same here... thanks for those. from the aerial point of view you can see so much room for more development. I already love the way the first 3 towers look from the northeast (403) Having the two twisting tower rising up above them should be just amazing!

That green space just to the north east of this project is now townhouses.

There is another retirement home just to the right that just open a few months ago.

There is another condo coming just north of Robert Speck near Hurontario.

Then there is all the land to the west north of Burnhamthorpe for development.

On the north side of Sq One, OMERS is building single story building as a strip mall and so much for a downtown.

I have seen those renders before. The first two really don't show the height these towers will be. They only look a bit taller than the other 3 Absolute towers, but really they will be much taller.

And as I figured, the big blank wall of the townhomes at the base of tower 2 is going to remain based on these renders. That is really a shame. It should have been continued somehow and built into Absolute World South.

Also, I love how there is no mechanical showing at the top of the towers. It will be interesting to see if they can pull that off, or of it is just render magic.

Very cool. Too bad the base isn't larger though.

What are the odds of this going up without the curves being too compromised?
