That Scotiabank has always looked ridiculous.
As for Casa, by my count they are pouring the flooring of the 38th level.
The interior drywall appears to be completed up to at least the 12th floor.

I was by there today and counted 38 also, but I wasn't quite sure about the parking levels so it was a rough estimate.

Thanks, as usual, for those great pictures, casaguy. I count 38 as well. They'll start pouring my floor in a couple of weeks. Very exciting. I hope the underside of the balconies get painted soon.

Actually, from casaguy's pictures, it looks like they're just starting to pour the 39th floor.

I don't mean to pick on Casa, because I think this is an issue with all new construction, but those windows are tiny and few and far between.
