This is really nice glass. Also love that the vertical panels between each window have channels/grooves that add depth to the facade instead of just being flat aluminum. The curved balcony glass is going to be the cherry on top of another HPA home run.

Would be nice to not have more grey but that's just a standard blanket statement.
