My unit which represented by the black dot it's on north east corner.
Rental unit A9 is closer than rental A2. If you buy the same unit as mine which is Poppy, you should not have A9 building as your view, since A9 is located under the black line(it is where your unit ends). However, you will see rental unit A2 which is farther away. And, A2 will be a new rental building not like the old Y building. I also heard that they will have the rental building surrounding Emerald City renovated to match Emerald City. How much renovation? I don't know.

When is phase 1 of Emerald City supposed to be completed?

I thought these units went on sale in like last 2008?

Anyone know what is the price for Poppy unit now if I want to sell it to someone else? This is just my plan B.

Solaris, do you mean tower 1 will be finished by summer 2012? The sales material states that it will be finished by late 2011, but I don't expect it to be finished by mid 2012.
