I'd be happier with wider sidewalks and bike lanes on Mutual.

Tracks ran on Mutual from Queen up to Gerrard? the street narrows north of there.. or was it only south of Shuter?
Also, there was no sign of track when they repaved last year. They stripped the road down to the concrete base and resurfaced. The only tracks I can see still remaining would be the loop itself.
I'm sure that was also beneficial when crowds of 7,000 + were pouring in and out of the old Mutual Street ArenaI think the other reason why Mutual is so wide all the way up to Gerrard - besides the streetcar loop near Queen - would have been the Simpsons/Simpsons-Sears warehouse north of Dundas. A lot of delivery trucks would have come and gone from there.
Does anyone know if the demolition has begun ?Thanks.
Is there any new progress?Another new building by Sher.just across the road will on the market soon. Not yet. I've heard that there were some hiccups with some approvals the developer needs to move forward, but nothing more than that.

Earlier today I managed to talk to Shakeel from Sher Corp. He told they are also waiting for Dream to start the work. He told me that I can follow up with them in a month.I called them twice and lady named jenniffer. She said that the ivy condos will not be cancelled and will be notified when the work starts. But there is no timetable
does anyone know what psf the Ivy was sold at ? units now over $900+ psf in the area for new development (Social, Fleur etc) -- 88 East and West launching soon too
