More than that... Look closer... They are test installing the balcony railing and glass system.

Taking a closer look though, wondering what's happening here. Underneath the transfer beams, looks like rebar showing through.

That looks odd, usually there is a requirement of some amount of cover (distance from outside of beam to rebar)

Is it rebar, or just marks from the forms? It looks like a transfer of multiple marks, not just a single grid of rebar to me.

That unit with that huge convex curved window looks like it will be a huge space with incredible light and ceiling height. Anyone have any idea about what the ceiling height might be in there and how many square feet that unit might be?

The clear Floor height of that area (from top of 6th floor slab to underside of 7th concrete slab) is about 4.9m (16').
And it is not a condo unit, it is considered a "look-out/fireplace lounge" with interior sculptural gardens and benches.
