Source? This is not at all what I've heard and doesn't make much sense from an investment (Larco) perspective.

It has always been the plan that the Feds will continue to lease at the DPB for 5 years. Are you saying that this will now be for longer?

Blah, was hoping it didn't have to end up like this.

Not a tremendous fan of them punching so many retail openings into the base.

I hope at least they'll try to retain some of the interiors, punch some holes out the backside, and add some uses on the rooftop.

Interesting... very Oxford street the retail punchouts.

I'm going to hold judgment on the tower for now. It's good but I need to see more.
