Most short-cut grass is dying in Toronto right now due to a lack of rain and too much heat. Give it a few weeks and I'm sure the inevitable rain will fix it.

Loved walking down Richmond street for first time since QRC West was completed, I personally see it as the crown jewel in the area around other good buildings like Picasso and Tableau
