My company moved into this office just over a month ago. We're still finalizing some of the interior construction due to glass shortages. Our space is coming along pretty nice though.

Good architecture pays! Other Toronto developers, take note:

The only flaw I can find in this development are the modern windows on the warehouse building. They cheapen the the look of it.

This is just very, very nicely done. Agreed with posters above that the windows in the heritage building could fit the older aesthetic more, but that lobby with the beams is beautiful.

I was walking by the other night and stopped to take a look from across the street, then a random guy stopped beside me and said he thought it was a beautiful building. No introduction or anything, this building just stands out that well. Amazing work done here.
