Any guesses what retail/commercial would have a "099" sign? The yellow colour seems pretty distinctive too.

Noticed this a few days ago, the most terrible eyesore on this stretch of Dundas. Bright yellow plastic on an otherwise beautiful building. Also the 099 thing. It definitely looks like a 099.
Yes, it'll definitely be E tS sadnuD 099.

Seems to match the renderings decently, with down-lighting, out-front seating areas, and the big yellow 660!

I know this isn't a grocery store floor plate commercial space, but wouldn't it be all too amazing if the giant yellow entrance and 0.99 address sign led into a No Frills?
All tipped off by an amazing user called No Name hinting at the "distinctive" colour, pondering future tenants??
No Frills marketing has been pretty top lately!

Sorry! My username has no affiliation with No Frills. (I just wanted a quick anonymous username and that's the first thing I came up with.)

Colonnades almost completed. Narrower one had top white capping installed yesterday (yet to be done on wide canopy). World Urban Pavilion going in the 2nd floor space behind the 660 sign (sign is for the 'business centre' for upcoming tenants in a 2nd floor retail space). Also heard through two sources of a Starbucks coming.

Loving the lighting touches. Nice to see that they are paying attention to the details. Fingers crossed for a Starbucks...
