I dont even know if we can say that. Here in Toronto, we pretty much go through the entire Roman Numeral system for condo projects that are just copy/paste with a few tweaks here and there.

Look no further than North York City Centre, which might have highest concentration of them.

I second the notion . The old renderings looking like the Harbour Plaza Residents condo had more detail than this bland rendering. So why change it!

It would almost be worth another great recession if it could put a stop to this garbage being erected.
