I got that Federal Leda is the ship but I've never heard of "Radium Yellowknife", what is that?
Edit: I Googled it, it's the tugboat! Duh! There was a lot going on in the image that I didn't even realize the tugboat was there.

They probably won't have to see it forever at least, no way that Loblaws between Daniels and Sugar Wharf doesn't get redeveloped at some point.

I would say in the mid-term - 5-7 years is my guess. As soon as Loblaw can relocate into one of the buildings going up or being planned now.
