Maybe they should build a streetcar that goes there. That would probably help!
Nah the city prefers giving tax breaks and then wishfully start dreaming that a streetcar line will magically be built when they wake up one day.
 
I doubt it. Hines would want leasing commitments in place before they break ground, unless they're willing to do it on spec. As of mid-way through last year, this one didn't yet have a tenant lined up.
It won't get built anytime soon given the state of commercial real estate.
