Stunning. These two office buildings will transform this area. Between this, Aqualuna, Aquabella, the Arbour, the ribbon building and googleville (fingers crossed), this is going to be a pretty amazing part of the city in 10 years. And to think it's only a 15min walk to Union.

Just one level worth - the plus side is that there is no need to worry about converting the above ground parking to office later.
