That's great news! Does anyone have a map of EV's parcels? I roughly know where they're talking about but I'd love to see exactly which two Q3&4 are.

I thought Fram exited East Village and were looking for a buyer of their remaining properties. Can we assume that is who One Properties acquired it from?

The Framm project is on the parcel you have circled. A portion of the parkade has already been built for this project however the parcel extends slightly to the east into the dirt and still requires excavation. The One Properties lots are the remaining dirt parcels on that block.

This is awesome news. This is probably the project @Urb had hinted at.

Interesting they mention Fram+Slokker's forthcoming project. Maybe they decided to jump back into the Calgary market.

Yeah I think the Riff is supposed to cut diagonally through the center of East Village all the way west to 4 St.

Until those middle blocks of land get developed, we are a long way from seeing the Riff finished as it is envisioned.
