Probably narrow the floor plates over what has already been completed for the foundation. I wonder if they will go higher than 5 floors.

There's also the dry landfill planning to be remediated by ECCO for TOD40 years from now when the Green Line is finished, it'll be a good sized transit node

It’s because they only ever completed the elevator cores, so just a bunch of cores five storeys tall sticking out of the ground.

This was listed for sale by Great Gulf previously. Did they switch brokers, hence the "new" listing? Or, is it not new, just "featured"?

Doesn't Great Gulf also own the parkling lot north of that parcel or have they sold that off at some point as well?
