Interestingly, their store in Yorkdale also closed relatively recently. I find their quality has really begun to hurt.

There's a challenge for you @_Citizen_Dane_ -- to do a Lego version of West Edmonton Mall 
-- but on a serious note, have you shown them your other two (that I am aware of) creations of Edmonton edifices. I'll bet that you could have them featured in a photographic "wall of fame" within the store or as an applied blow-up for the second location.

The Sherlock Holmes in West Edmonton Mall will be permanently shut down and will be opening under new ownership, a new name and brand.

Seeing LEGO is opening in Phase IV and looks it maybe opening in that middle area that has struggled for many years as there is some new hoarding up and the tile work is all removed.
