Yeah it didn't make sense to me until the article shared the old Gucci take from the Holt concession. Even if they only replaced the Holt sales, that would still be $600 a square foot.

From someone that doesn't go to West Ed very often and likely won't for a while, has anything replaced HMV on that end of the mall? I think that is the end where this would be, correct? It always felt pretty empty in front of there.

sunrise records took over the HMV space, basically the same setup. the Simons is right there too, and Bubba Gumps. but yeah it's pretty slow.
