Hey Jimmi - found the answer to your earlier question : "How does TO compare to the US for cop-on-black killings?'
Toronto Star, Sunday Aug 16/15 under "Crime" subsection of GTA:
"WE CAN'T KNOW" because neither TPS, SIU, OPIRD or StatsCan keep race-based statistics. Therefore we can't, for instance, determine if rate is going up or anything else. In the US however, where they do keep stats they figure, on average. a black person is killed by police every 28 hours
