The Bear Hills Casino on the QE2 near the Wetaskiwin interchange opened about 2 months ago. There is some more work to complete such as a new Petro-Canada gas station and an entrance/exit for QE2 SB drivers.

Looks nice. They do however need signage coming north south of the entrance. Give potential customers a chance to turn in versus going to around interchange to the north and then back agin from the south.

How are they building the entrance for SB drivers? Will it be an over/underpass?

I should clarify that SB drivers won't have access to the casino or the rest area until the Maskwacis interchange just a couple of minutes south.
There is a small turnoff to NB traffic just south of the rest area, but if you fart you miss it.
I have no idea what plans are in place for SB traffic.

Don't know if its been mentioned before but I heard a chipotle location is opening in edmonton pretty soon

Will be in the same strip mall as the Krispy Kreme (Calgary Trail just south of the Superstore)

just to the south of the Super Store in the Evergreen site. The store appears to be on the east side of the development. 4821 Calgary Trail NW, Edmonton, AB T6H 5W8
