A lot of Historical buildings are junk, get rid of both. Not that condos are spectacular. But put something thats going to add to the community.

UrbanToronto Gets A Thorough Look At Graywood and Beaverhall's Ocean Club Co
I like it, if only it reminds me of some condos built in australia. Looks like a building you'd see in a warmer climate. The green glass looks good on this one, especially by the lake. Ocean Club, great name. Will make me dream of bahamas.

That's a horrible render. The dimensions are completely twisted. Perfect marks for color though!
