A lot of Historical buildings are junk, get rid of both. Not that condos are spectacular. But put something thats going to add to the community.

I like it, if only it reminds me of some condos built in australia. Looks like a building you'd see in a warmer climate. The green glass looks good on this one, especially by the lake. Ocean Club, great name. Will make me dream of bahamas.

That's a horrible render. The dimensions are completely twisted. Perfect marks for color though!

So is the G20, gonna be held at the Ritz? Would make a perfect venue for such an event. And a good way to inaugurate the opening. edit- probably too soon for opening

That building next to boutique is ugly. Whatever it is.

I really like the green so far. Adds some vibrancy to an otherwise dull area.
