I would bypass to the next intersection eastbound on the 401 and turn around to hit the westbound Hwy 8 ramp directly.

A new Hwy on the west side of Brampton might help a bit. Getting the 427 extension to near Bolton done might help more. The new HOV lane on 410 should definitely have gone up at least to Bovaird. In fact, there could be an additional lane right up to Mayfield Rd. With all the residential sprawl...

Maybe we’ll see most vendors close by 7pm but at least McD’s & Tim’s will almost assuredly be open till much later. And open earlier, for that matter to catch the early morning coffee crowd as well. As of right now, there is a late evening market that current vendors like Bagel Stop & Starbucks...

My question is why haven’t they laid at least one more track between the Parkdale junction (Barrie Line split) and USRC? With UPX, Kitchener, Barrie and Milton services, wouldn’t extra track give the room for more daily/frequent service?

In fact, the rail corridor seems to already have been aligned with this in mind.

There is a section of the Islington bridge that is unused. The south underpass section could be cut back to add one more track, without disturbing Resources Rd.

I’m referring to the constant conflicts with CN limiting the already limited 2 way service between Maple and Aurora. Although as stated earlier on this page, the Davenport Overpass as originally announced was also supposed to have been done by now...

Kingsbridge is only 400m Away from Eglinton, which is very close for stop spacing. Do we really need to have 2 stops there? Especially if Metrolinx can be convinced to build the Eglinton stop on the south side?
