It appears they have removed suites on both ends of that West stand. Was that ever mentioned in the renovation plans?

I have little doubt in my mind that phase 3 will indeed go through. The 100th Anniversary of the Maple Leafs is happening in 2017 and they have a strong desire to host the outdoor Winter Classic. Just for that event alone, the additional 10,000 seats would go a long way in recouping the extra 10...

Sorry this is a little off topic but could they apply the facade on the aquarium (which looks great) to the dreadful and tired looking concrete on the rogers centre? I think it would greatly modernize its look.

I absolutely agree! The missing ingredient here is retail. Liberty village which has incorporated some retail seems to have much better street presence. So I am hopefully they will address this at some point. I thought I remembered reading that there would be some retail at parade but I don't...

I know its a small thing but it really bothers me too. The skyline has undergone such a huge transformation and it should be shown in all its glory!

I also really hope they keep those fins...its the right thing to do and a fitting crown on a wonderful tower!

Love that U of W Integrated Health Sciences Campus - what a beacon for the area! So well done HPA...On a side note the transformation occuring at U of W both on and off campus is incredible especially compared to when I was there back in the early/mid 2000s. Respect to U of W!
