As long as one side of the street is train tracks in a trench there is nothing that can be done to make it look more appealing. Only until they deck the train tracks with a park and condos will front street feel more urban and less like a wasteland

I really don't get the logic you are saying here and which many in the public stick to. is the 57% of investors stopping non-investors from buying homes in Toronto??? don't we have way more units for sales than actual buyers?? isn't there always more units for sale than buyers?? would removing...

    Finch West Line 6 LRT

it's looking more and more likely to me that both Finch LRT and the Crosstown will open around the same time of late - summer or fall 2024, would be nice if they opened on the same day. The western part of the city will see a dramatic improvement in transit on that day

The problem is that people say this for every site. it doesn't matter if it's on top of a transit station or in the middle of suburbian there is always a fight to remove height and density.

Ontario building standard mean you can only have glass upto 40% of residential buildings. The fewer windows you have on a building the more energy efficient it is.

Would love to see some towers in Toronto go balls to the walls on the lighting like this African city. But sadly, the city would never approve such lighting.
