    But the Renaissance will still stand out as the tallest in the Downtown core due to the elevation difference from Dream. It is also nice to see that a 36 floor tower could become the 7th tallest in this City. Things are looking up for Ottawa finally.

    I agree. I miss having the beer store next to the addictions clinic. It was a one stop shopping plaza that's for sure!

    The balconies actually look nicer with the red temporary slab edge protection. This project is a major disappointment. It had so much potential at that location...

    Yes, I know your red arrows are pointing at a drip edge. Again, the drainage gap is between the balcony slab edge and cladding.

    Roof top is indeed only for the renters. The only shared space is the 17th level that has the pool, gym, & general amenity spaces.

    The balcony glass will hopefully add some excitement for you. I'll take those grey panels over any charcoal/white brick punch window travesties any day. However, I would much rather window wall/curtain wall over this.

    I agree that it's a disappointment on the height reduction. A 40 would have been great and that location should actually have had a higher floor count than that. I much preferred the original proposal.

    It's practically any day now. Just a few minor items left between Rimap and the City for the Foundation Permit to be issued.
