Once Ontario Line and King/Bathurst Station are up and running in 2035, this location is going to be a prime

    Toronto Toronto | The Well | 174.03m | 46s | RioCan | Hariri Pontarini

The Wellington market opens next Monday!! Wondering how many vendors are going to open the first day

    Toronto Toronto | Toronto House | 186.53m | 58s | Westbank | Hariri Pontarini

I looked at the rendering, then I looked at the actual cladding, then I looked at the rendering again. I really think the actual product looks better than the rendering. Allied/Westbank is doing some amazing job AGAIN

    Toronto Toronto | Harlowe Condos | 49.98m | 14s | Lamb Dev Corp | Core Architects

Regardless of the controversies and whatnot about Lamb, I really like his projects. The quality of the cladding is rock solid.

    Toronto Toronto | East Harbour | 214.2m | 65s | Cadillac Fairview | Adamson

Personally, I am a bit disappointed as it doesn't seem that retail is a big focus in East Habour (only 264,000 square feet of total retail GFA). With its size and transit potential, I was hoping it could be a shopping & food epicenter/destination, rather than a typical mix-used community.

    Toronto Toronto | U of T: Landscape of Landmark Quality | ?m | 1s | U of T | MVVA

When is the whole project (at least the King College Circle) expected to complete? Are we talking about 2022/2023 or many years from now? My cousin will graduate next year, wondering where the convacation will take place.

    Toronto Toronto | 460 King West | 98.6m | 23s | Allied | Morris Adjmi

Knowing that it is Allied that leads this redevelopment, I am very confident

    Toronto Toronto | KING Toronto | 57.6m | 16s | Westbank | Bjarke Ingels Group

Only wish there is a pedestrian walkway connecting the King and the Well. It would be a new shoppers' paradise.
  9. S

    Toronto Toronto | 315 Spadina | 46.29m | 13s | Podium | Montgomery Sisam

as long as a significant portion of the new builds is reserved for affordable housing, the redevelopment and densification of that stretch can only be a good thing.
  10. S

    Toronto Toronto | 400 Front Street | 195.75m | 59s | State Building Group | Kirkor Architects

wow I would imagine some office/condo built on top of this gem?

    Toronto Toronto | 400 Front Street | 195.75m | 59s | State Building Group | Kirkor Architects

I saw a very similar work took place 2 weeks ago at 214 King Street W, if it's soil sampling it maybe another proposal in the work...
  12. S

    Toronto Toronto | Bauhaus Condos | 110.9m | 32s | Lamb Dev Corp | a—A

I have to agree. Theatre Park, King Charlotte, Harlowe are just some examples of top-notch downtown condos. Excellent quality in cladding and in interior furnishing, gas cooktop, abundant elevators, great soundproof, harwood flooring, etc. For my 15 years in the city, I lived in more than 8...
  13. S

    Toronto Toronto | 217 Adelaide West | 103.5m | 23s | Humbold Properties | Adamson

The rendering would be so much off from reality. plus this project does not comply with tall building guidelines in almost every aspect.
  14. S

    Toronto Toronto | Sugar Wharf Condominiums (Phase 2) | 283.6m | 85s | Menkes | a—A

2709 units are gonna take a long time to sell
  15. S

    Toronto Toronto | PJ Condos | 156.96m | 48s | Pinnacle | Hariri Pontarini

Am wondering the same thing. Hard to imagine a lot of that size, at that central location, has not received a proposal
  16. S

Toronto Toronto | St Lawrence Market North | 25.3m | 5s | City of Toronto | Rogers Stirk Harbour

So on weekend, this building will host Saturday Farmers’ Market and Sunday Antique Market, but what would be its function (other than courts) on weekdays?
  17. S

    Toronto Toronto | The Gloucester on Yonge | 147.82m | 44s | Concord Adex | a—A

Curtain wall looks so much better than window wall
  18. S

    Toronto Toronto | The One | 328.4m | 91s | Mizrahi Developments | Foster + Partners

Hope the fire wouldn't slow down the progress too much
  19. S

    Toronto Toronto | CIBC SQUARE | 241.39m | 50s | Hines | WilkinsonEyre

From this angel, CIBC square especially the second building will fill the gap between financial district and South core so well
  20. S

    Toronto Toronto | Forma | 308m | 84s | Great Gulf | Gehry Partners

For a project of this significance and magnitude, I expect a 5 to 7 years construction
