Feb 2. Finally got a chance to have a closer look at the retail frontage for myself. I like some of the details I saw in the first two pics.

I don't think there's a thread for this yet. Walked by this sign today. Looks like part of the 'park' in front of these three towers is slated for a dozen infill townhomes. Here's the map of the location:http://goo.gl/maps/DL6ZT

Feb 3. The lobby height really is going to be impressive here. Compared with PWC next door, this one feels like it's nearly twice the height, and PWC's already feels rather spacious.

Thanks for putting together that list, it really puts the last decade into perspective! I think you may have missed one tower though, Seven World Trade Centre completed in 2006 standing at 225m.
