Thanks for latest pics. As for it being not earthquake proof, maybe. They could have easily spent less improving the overall buildings strength vs demolishing it floor by floor, possibly even added another tower. Which its still not complete, so they are behind? Goes to show not economical and...

They should have saved the 40 floor tower, just changed the look of the outside of the blding, altered the foundation to host another 20 floor building beside it, what a complete waste, dummies.

Anyone know what is going on with the land behind J22? Seems like their is a bunch of boarded up houses a few seacans and a trailer with some concrete blocks. Possible new site for development? No signs of anything yet.
