So sad that this was the best picture I managed to get, but went past this one today on the ION and was very happy to see how this one has turned out. Quite a handsome building, and the new parkette is really cute too. Need more builds like this in WR.

Had a conversation with someone involved on this project. Parking garage across the street will be the first aspect of the project to get moving, and should be starting... soon? That's as specific as we were able to get lol. But very much appears that current market and interest rates are not...

And that's with the most anti-development council that I have lived through. If we had elected officials that wanted us to be a real city it'd be even higher.
