I wonder which location they have staked out; with the talk of patio and what-not, I wonder if it's in the building across from the park.
 
While it's kind of a shame to lose the colour on Yonge street, if they do manage to do everything they plan, it would be nice for the street culture on Church.

What about the space where Timothy's used to be? I saw workers doing renos in there the other day.

It could be possible but it seems unlikely if they're still raising funds and the space seems a bit too small for what they have in mind.
 
I just heard some rather sad news. (for me) My friend was at Cellblock yesterday and the waiter told him the bar was closing down, after Pride. This is the only bar me and my middle-ged friends like to go dance, so I guess it sucks to be us! Of course, what's bad for us, is good for the city, so expect Stanly to start rising soon.
