One big mass of grey, on both sides and probably every other new condo in the area too. (sad, very grey and sad)

Saw this in person ...

This is actually a pretty good looking building ! The surroundings aren't helping but I bet if it was located elsewhere it would get more praise.
The orange strip on the bottom is a very nice touch as well ... really like the precast balconies as well ...
 
19 August 2013: I checked out this "working class" functional rental building. Again it's a great update on 1960's rental slabs. Like them, it has problems with street level integration, esp on the King frontage:
