Fuzion poping out, from King and Dufferin

Dont know whats going on, but a couple hundred feet of hoarding going up just west of Fuzion on King street west, in front of the City of Toronto Garbage Recycling facility that already looks partialy vacant..... im assuming a future condo/retail proposal

I believe for now the city of Toronto building is just redoing the roof

How is it a waste of space? The city can't be full of condos and office buildings exclusively. Service and industry might not be as pretty but they are necessary for the function of any urban area.

Well yes I knew that. I don't mind TACT btw. Can you hook them up with some Waterloo student housing builders? Their fiscally-responsible approach with good modern design would really raise the aesthetic bar in the 'loo. Thanks.
