I just thought y'all might appreciate a little rundown on what is going on currently. I know we always see it on here, but it's never in a cohesive list. This gives the full impression of actually how much is happening, and it's quite impressive.

If all of those projects get billed, and it looks like they are, that will fill out east village to a critical point where it could carry-on without any more development after that it would still be a nice neighbourhood. Anything after those projects is icing on the cake.

Does anyone have the link to the neighbourhood-by-neighbourhood breakdowns of populations from the 2016 municipal census? I'm going to revamp the East Village page on Wikipedia to make it as current as possible.

Interesting to see EV population rise. Nice to see population going up and it should for a while. At the time of census, only First, and a portion of Fuse had move-ins. Next year, the rest of Fuse, as well as Pulse will be in the mix....N3 will be close as move ins are around census time.

Thanks so much for posting that so quick. Do you know if I can use that link to find how many completed dwelling units are in the EV as well?

Edit: Nevermind, got it :D

Do we have any data on income by neighbourhood (specifically East Village) that is more recent than 2005? As well as numbers on how many people are low income, how much the median household for all of Calgary is, and how much of the EV is used for renting/owning, etc?

So far, the wikipedia pages I've created are:

Jack and Jean Leslie RiverWalk - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jack_and_Jean_Leslie_RiverWalk
George C. King Bridge - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/George_C._King_Bridge
St. Patrick's Island Park - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/St._Patrick's_Island_Park
Calgary Municipal Land Corporation - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Calgary_Municipal_Land_Corporation

Currently working on revamping the East Village page, check out the progress and make any changes you feel are necessary at: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Downtown_East_Village,_Calgary
