I like how he says he has nothing to say to Bill Blair and then is like, "Well, if you really wanna know..." and rants for 2 minutes straight. He probably honestly believes Blair is coming at him out of politics. And then he's back to explaining his personal view of what a "conflict" is.
Also a public restaurant is a "private setting" in his mind.

It's sad that we live in a world where the mayor goes, "The cops have nothing on me. So, I'm pissing in a vodka bottle, so what!" and it all makes sense to him.
At least the reporters really went at him. I'm curious (as ever) what goes on in his mind that most of the time he walks away from these questions and occasionally, randomly, he just goes off.
