Ok, chatting with AHS. The location will be east of the Kay clinic in the parking lot south of the blood service. My contact said expect lots of glass. Should twin well with Kay and taller. My contact also mentioned that Red Deer would top out at 2bil fully built out. Also SW is so dead he doesn't expect to see it in his time.

Update today on Stollery. The Blood Service has been given the eviction notice. new stollery will take up its spot as well as the parking lot.

I thought I read somewhere that Blood Services was moving out of the university area, people were grumbling that it would be less accessible and would reduce donations. Don't think it was anything concrete though.

What would a realistic timeline be for the new Stollery to be opened? I've gotta think 6-8 years from now with design and complex build process?

The blood donor clinic is moving to whitemud crossing
