Re: Met Update?

Impressive from the Richmond ramp as you come off the southbound DVP.

Re: Met Update?

the construction crew is really moving fast with this one

Re: Met Update?

Not really an update of much significance but I noticed that Encore's hole is at about 2 storeys deep now. Met is just about topped-off as well.

Re: Met Update?

One of the most impressive views is looking up Victoria from around Shuter - you have the two cranes and Metropolis, and in the background, Met going up with its crane. Best from across Victoria from Massey Hall (right in front of the St. Mike's ER entrance).

Re: Met Update?

ROCP II isn't fat. It's just big-boned.

Walking north on Yonge past the Eaton Centre, one can really see the impact The Met is making.

Quite striking.

It certainly is. I couldn't figure out what it was when a friend and I were walking down Yonge until it we came close to Yonge and College.

It's really incredible how one building can affect your perception of an area (and generally speaking, the influence a single building can have over an entire area).
