This part of town is becoming really dense with towers. September 9:

By my count, the photo above contains 5 buildings which existed 10 years ago, and 16 which did not.

^ It wasn't that long ago that Jazz was the only high-rise in that photo.
I was thinking of how much that area has changed in just 6 years - in 2017 it was just Pace condos, Core condos, Jazz, and the Ryerson Res. I count 13 new towers in the cluster since then - and more coming!
 
Proof that detailing makes such a big difference; the curved glass + curved brick corners looks wonderful. I like the faux sort of I-beam detailing for the glazed portion as well, I'm noticing that effect on more projects lately. It adds texture and depth to the facade (I'd have matched the red brick tower with red cladding though).

I also like the way they've played with the different volumes across the towers and podiums but managed to keep it from being overly fussy or busy, there's still a nice uniformity to the window and cladding elements. Definitely one of the better projects as of late.
