These buildings have been vacated for a few months. I hope this is the beginning of construction.
 
The power is still on in the adjacent buildings and there are still tenants in some of the upstairs apartments. All of the commercial tenants have gone so I'm not sure what's going on.
 
I believe that was the last remaining Mr Sub downtown. Not many left in Toronto either. In pre-Subway days, they were everywhere.

There are still some, including a few in food courts, the ACC. Most seem to be non-storefront locations though
 
Will the tower boast spandrel glass with respect to the architectural plans?
The architectural drawings do not note any spandrel glass specifically. The material list includes "Pre-finished aluminum window wall system", but it does not state specifically which panels might be vision glass and which might be spandrel glass. It's worth noting that Cresford/aA buildings typically have minimal spandrel.
