The Southern 2/3 of the parking lot on the other side of the Deluxe building has been fenced off and it looks like they might be getting ready to put up a sales centre there...

This is a different project, AXIOM. This from SLNA website:

This is an application for a rezoning application (a revised proposal was submitted in March 2012) to construct new 2 tower condo - 17 and 19 stories. - 480 residential dwelling units - 3 levels below grade parking - 274 residential parking spaces. It is at the corner of Ontario Street. The developer applied for a permit to erect a sales centre for Axiom Condos in June 2012.

just curious..it says the ivory project will be 19 stories..i understand they are selling suites on the 21rst floor and maybe higher..does anyone know how many stories for sure? anyone know how sales are going there?

Storeys and floors aren't necessarily the same. The building could have 19 storeys but not have, for example, floors labelled 13 and 14. The top floor is then 21.
