The one on Queens Quay is in a podium, and theres another one that just opened on King West.

There's also 463 College St (Ideal lofts), and most notable Shoppers+condo example has to be at One Bedford.

In this case the very first proposal for this site was a stand-alone Shoppers on part of the Gross Machinery site. This expanded to two (connected) buildings with Shoppers on main floor of one. Shoppers were actually 'there' before the buildings.

This project is a dumping ground.
Freed leaves the project,
Whole Foods leaves the project,
and now we hear Minto is totally abandoning the design and starting over.
Wallman will probably get dumped too.

What happened? This was such a good project, how did it fall apart like this? They seemed ready to launch not too long ago.

I was really looking forward to purchasing a unit here guess I'll have to move over to The Wells at Spadina/Wellington. That seems like a solid project. Something is definitely going to launch here this year but I don't really care if Freed abandoned it, Minto can still pull this off. I was thinking the Whole Foods project moved to the Wells condo/commercial complex.
