Took them long enough! I think someone should re-open the silver rail there. They can bring back the $6 manhattan specials, along with the grilled cheese and shrimp sammies.
 
In Korea, Lotte Department Store owns the rights to Uniqlo. Some are located within the department stores and some are free standing. They are absolutely everywhere, even in small cities. Other than their flagship stores, none are very exciting design-wise.
 
IF HBC doesn't doesn't get a Uniqlo deal, then that location would make an ideal flagship store
